Initial In-Home Consultation

1–2 hour discussion of initial ideas, design criteria, and review of space.

$150.00 per hour

Per Square Foot Design Fee

A signed agreement and design fee are required prior to design development.

$3.00 per square foot, with a 1,500 square foot minimum.

• Customized interior design presentation of fabrics, window and wall treatments, lighting, and furnishings.
• Design packet with pricing, floor plans, specifications, photos, sketches, and samples.

Staging

We offer staging advice for the do-it-yourself client. A 1–2 hour consultation provides a list of items that can help a home sell faster and for top dollar.

$150.00 per hour. Full-service staging is priced according to the scope and time frame of the job.

Hourly Design Consultation

For small projects and do-it-yourself clients who want guidance, an hourly fee option is available at $150.00 per hour.

Fee and Pricing Structure

• Furnishings, fabric, and wall coverings are priced at 25% below retail, with published exceptions.
• Retail-only resources are priced at cost plus the hourly fee.
• Freight, shipping, storage, and delivery are actual cost plus a 5% administrative fee.
• Subcontracted labor and materials are cost plus 25%.
• State sales tax is charged as applicable.

Payment Specifications

• A 75% deposit is required to initiate orders.
• Balance is due seven days from receipt of the balance invoice.
• Published payment methods include cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
• Shipping and delivery costs are added to the balance invoice and are typically 10–20%.

Return Policy

Custom ordered items are not returnable unless damaged in transit. Terms should be reconfirmed with Kittrell Interiors before placing an order.
